Signed a framework agreement with the US Air Force, for the purpose of providing maintenance services for the US Air Force’s F100 engine parts. As part of the agreement, Beit Shemesh Engines will refurbish the engines.

The agreement is for a period of one year, with a four-year extension option. The approximate expectation is that the customer will exercise all 4 contract extensions. As of this date, it is not possible to know how much the consideration will amount to, however, based on the quantities determined as estimated, the company estimates that it will bring in about 12.7 million dollars.

The company stated that “this is a significant agreement with added value and strategic importance for the activity of the engine sector, where obtaining multi-year contracts is not frequent and is an anchor for stable and constant sales expectations of the sector”.

Ram Drori, CEO of Beit Shemesh Engines, said: “This is the company’s first and groundbreaking agreement with the US Air Force, which reflects the increased marketing activities in the engine sector and the company’s high capabilities that allow us to deal with the leading players in the market. The American Air Force is a customer that can be a strategic customer for the company and is the largest operator in the world of the F100 engines.”
