Relationship Officer (Mashreq Global Network Egypt)
Job Duties and Responsibilities Sell the full range of Personal Banking products to potential retail prospects and maintain strong relationships with existing customers of the Bank.
Achieving monthly sales targets in the fiscal year.
Anticipate in target segments that require meeting standards in phone calls.
Present and sell all personal banking products and services to potential customers in an organized, professional and ethical manner.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to enhance cross selling opportunities.
Addressing objections with the aim of persuading the customer to buy.
Required qualifications and experience
Sales profile that requires confidence, tenacity, interpersonal and verbal/written skills.
Basic knowledge of products, service policies and retail banking operations.
Graduate in any discipline with 1-2 years banking sales experience (telesales experience is mandatory)
Fluent in both English and Arabic
