The American company, “Apple”, confirmed the existence of new problems in the “iPhone-14” and “iPhone-14 Pro” phones, some of which lead to disabling the camera when taking pictures or videos with other applications.
This came after the company called on its users to download the “iOS 16.0.1” update to solve previous problems related to the use of the “Facetime” application, according to the American magazine “Forbes” on Wednesday.
The magazine pointed out that Apple published a new support document on its official website, in which it indicated that the problem of the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro phones with the FaceTime application may not be resolved even after the new update.
The company pointed out that users may encounter some problems, most notably:
Not receiving FaceTime calls and iMessages.
A green message notification appears instead of blue when sending a message to another Apple device.
Segmentation of chat messages into two parts.
Errors appearing in the sender’s data when receiving messages from the other party.
The magazine pointed to reports from users indicating that there are problems with the camera of the “iPhone-14” and “iPhone-14 Pro” phones when used to take pictures by a third party, such as “Snapchat”, “Instagram” and “Tik Tok” applications, noting It does not work in such cases.
The magazine also referred to other reports from users indicating that the camera lenses vibrated when used to take pictures with another application, which was confirmed by other users.
