Some people believe that sleeping position does not affect the health of the body, although it may provide great benefits to the body and reduce the chances of disease.

1- Reducing back and neck pain

Sleeping on the back keeps the spine and neck in a straight position, as this prevents pressure or sprains, so care must be taken to follow this position from sleeping for a long time on a regular basis.
