The new theater hotel in the Talvia neighborhood, built over the past 4 years, is expected to open soon and will be part of the 5-star hotel club in Jerusalem. It will have 90 deluxe rooms, 20 suites with balconies overlooking the south of the city, as well as 21 luxury apartments for sale.
The presidential suites are 320 square meters each, with private pools on the roof. Prices: from NIS 6,480 to NIS 12,873 for three nights for one person depending on the type of room and its conditions. For guests and visitors, the hotel will offer a cocktail bar, a chef’s restaurant, meeting rooms, a room Equipped wine, and room service that will operate 24/7.
The spa area includes many facilities, including an indoor pool next to a fully equipped gym and a yoga room. The treatment rooms will be managed by the French super brand CLARINS. The hotel’s services and facilities will also be available to the apartment owners in the project.
The project includes an underground parking lot with 600 spaces, which is available to the general public, as well as a bridge built for pedestrians from Mount Hanion to the theater square. The hotel management intends to meet the hospitality requirements for heads of state and official delegations.
The interior design was entrusted to Ari Shaltiel, who said: “The design concept of the Theater Hotel is a classic modern one that combines a monochromatic scale of golden brown tones that correspond with the spiritual and mystical atmosphere of Jerusalem.
