In a new tragic incident in Egypt, a town in Qalyubia Governorate witnessed the killing of a young man in front of his house in front of his four daughters and parents because of a piece of candy.
The incident began with a 14-year-old girl buying a piece of candy from the victim’s store, then she asked him to take it back, but he refused because it had been tampered with. Soon, she informed her family, and the victim was surprised by 4 of them beating him and dragging him to his house, and they stabbed him with a knife in the neck and chest in front of his four daughters and parents, and left him. Drenched in his blood and fleeing, according to the narration of the victim’s uncle’s son to “Cairo 24”.
He also pointed out that the defendants are known in the town for a lot of trouble, and they have several previous cases, calling for retribution for the victim who left his parents and 4 young girls.
The security services in Qalyubia had received a notification from the Qalyub police that there was a quarrel and the death of a person in the village of Qalama, the district of the center. H., the owner of a sweets shop, after a child bought sweets from him, and when she returned to check them, he refused because of tampering with them, so she immediately sought the help of her family (4 people), and beat him with white weapons until they killed him in front of his mother, wife, and children.
The body was transferred to the hospital at the disposal of the authorities concerned with the investigation, which authorized the burial after receiving the report of the anatomical character with the knowledge of forensic medicine, and requested criminal investigations about the incident and its circumstances, and the question of the eligibility of the deceased.
