The inclusion of the former Ministry of Health spokesman, 56 Egyptians, two companies, and the Muslim Brotherhood on terrorist lists

The Cairo Criminal Court (First Circuit South) issued a judicial ruling to include the former spokesperson for the Ministry of Health, Yahya Al-Sayed Ibrahim Musa, the Muslim Brotherhood, and two companies, in addition to 56 other Egyptians, on terrorist lists.

Today, Thursday, the Egyptian Al-Waqae’ newspaper reported that the ruling was issued on May 11 by the Cairo Criminal Court (First Circuit South), and it was issued under the chairmanship of Chancellor Mustafa Ahmed Moawad, President of the Court, and the membership of counselors Hussein Zahran and Muhammad Musharraf, the two presidents of the Cairo Court of Appeal, and the presence of the counselor. Muhammad Sabri, Chief Prosecutor, and the secretariat of Yasser Abdel Ati.

According to the ruling, in Listing Application No. 6 of 2023, with decisions to list terrorists registered under No. for the year 2023, decisions were issued to list terrorist entities in the matter of Case No. 282 of 2017, the Supreme State Security, related to the armed “Tala’a Hasim” case.

The ruling stipulated two things, first, the inclusion of the Muslim Brotherhood, the “Abito Software” company, located in the Hadayek Al-Ahram area in the Giza governorate, and the “Grand Import Muhammad Muhammad Abu Ali” company, located in the Shubra Babel area in the Gharbia governorate, on the list of terrorist entities, for a period of 5 years. It starts from the date of issuance of the judgment and its publication in the Egyptian Gazette.

And secondly, the inclusion of “the former official spokesman for the Ministry of Health, Yahya Al-Sayed Ibrahim Musa” and 56 other Egyptians, accused in the “Talaea Hasm Armed Forces” case, on the list of terrorists for a period of 5 years as well.
