Ras Al Khaimah, May 18, WAM / The Police Training Center in Ras Al Khaimah organized 116 various courses over the past three years, with a total of 7,768 beneficiaries.

Colonel Dr. Nasser Muhammad al-Bakr, director of the center, said in a press statement that the center’s work is based on preparing and qualifying security cadres by assigning employees to specialized security and police courses that enrich their culture and enhance their capabilities, skills and competencies so that they can carry out their duties efficiently and effectively, pointing out that the center prepares the annual training plan. Coordinating with the Professional Development Center regarding the Center’s plan program, following up on the provision of cadres and competencies with approved training skills, as well as supervising the preparation of training materials and appropriate study bags, preparing periodic and exceptional reports and other tasks.

He stressed the keenness of the Ras Al Khaimah Police Training Center to keep abreast of modern technologies and technological development in holding courses by following the smart training method through information and communication technologies and their multimedia, and virtual training based on training simulation in an environment that enables users to interact directly with three-dimensional shapes and figures.

He pointed to the existence of great and continuous cooperation between the Ras Al Khaimah Police Training Center with similar centers in the country regarding the exchange of experiences and knowledge, field visits, and the use of lecturers from the Police College in Abu Dhabi, the Federal Police School in Sharjah and training centers for police leaders, as well as local universities and higher colleges of technology.
