And she continued: “On 4-5-2023, and after a careful monitoring process, one of the Division’s patrols was able to spot him in the north, on board a white Toyota pick-up used in the theft, as it set up a tight ambush, which led to His arrest and the seizure of the pick-up.”
And she concluded: “By interrogating him, he admitted what was attributed to him in terms of carrying out the theft from inside a house in Beit Mery, in association with others, and that they sold part of the stolen goods in a focus in the north and another part in a chandeliers shop in Tripoli. A portion of the stolen items was recovered and handed over to the plaintiff.
