The virtues of praying for the Prophet (Peace be upon him)

18 Rabi` al-Awwal 1444 AH October 14, 2022 AD

Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, who says in His Holy Book: {Indeed, God and His angels send blessings upon the Prophet. There is no god but Allah, He alone has no partner, and I bear witness that our Master and Prophet Muhammad is His servant and His Messenger, O Allah, bless and grant peace And bless him, his family, his companions, and those who follow them with kindness until the Day of Judgment.

And after:

Prayers upon the Master of creation (peace be upon him) is one of the treasures of good deeds, and a great door from the doors of obedience.

The virtues of prayers and peace upon the master of mankind, our master Muhammad (peace be upon him), are countless and uncountable.

Amim does not realize its blessing except he who has tasted it.

who tasted knew,

And he who knows I will go,

And whoever enters the house,

There is peace of mind and soul,

peace of heart,

chest heaving,

and taste the sweetness of faith;

Where our Prophet (peace be upon him) says:

(He who is pleased with God as the Lord, with Islam as the religion, and with Muhammad as the Messenger) has tasted the taste of faith.

And the Truth, Glory be to Him, has commanded us in His Noble Book to pray upon His Prophet and his elite among His creation, Muhammad (peace be upon him), and He, Glory be to Him, said: {Indeed, God and His angels send blessings upon the Prophet. O you who believe, pray And peace be upon him}, and prayer from God means praise and glorification, and from the angels seeking forgiveness, It is among the believers to supplicate.

Among the virtues of praying upon our Prophet (peace be upon him): Attaining the mercy of God (the Mighty and Majestic) and the generalization of His bounty, so if the prayer from God means mercy, then He (peace and blessings of God be upon him) said:

(Whoever sends blessings upon me once, may God send blessings upon him ten times).

And in praying upon the Master of creation (peace be upon him) the relief of distress, the removal of worries, the forgiveness of bad deeds, and the elevation of ranks. Our master Ubayy ibn Ka’b (may God be pleased with him) said: O Messenger of God! I pray for you the most, so how many of my prayers should I make for you? He said: Whatever you want, I said: a quarter? He said: Whatever you want, and if you increase, it is better for you. I said: Half?! He said: Whatever you want, and if you increase, it is better for you. I said: Two-thirds? He said: Whatever you want, if you increase, it is better for you. I said: I make all my prayers for you?! He said: If your concern is sufficient, and your sin is expiated for you), and he says (peace be upon him):

(There is no Muslim who prays upon me but that the angels bless him as much as he prays on me, so let the servant say less or more of that), and the Messenger of God (peace be upon him) became a good day, seen in the face of humans. They said: O Messenger of God! Today you became good-natured, can people see your face? He said: Yes, it came to me from my Lord and said: Whoever of your nation prays for you; God wrote ten good deeds for him, erased ten bad deeds from him, raised him ten ranks, and repaid him the same.

Among the virtues of prayers and peace be upon our Prophet (peace be upon him) is the honoring of the one who prays to the Prophet (peace be upon him) by conveying his peace to the Messenger (peace be upon him), and the response of the Messenger (peace be upon him), peace be upon him; Where he (peace be upon him) says:

(God has traveling angels on earth conveying peace to me on behalf of my ummah), and he (peace be upon him) says: (No one greets me except that God restores my soul to me so that I may return peace to him).

The second sermon of the upcoming Friday sermon of the Ministry of Awqaf

Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the Seal of the Prophets and Messengers, our Master Muhammad (peace be upon him), and upon his family and companions.

Prayers upon the Prophet (peace be upon him) is a reason for answering supplication, in prayer and otherwise, as the Messenger of God (peace be upon him) heard a man supplicating in his prayer who did not glorify God Almighty and did not send blessings upon the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. For him or for someone else, if one of you prays, let him begin by praising his Lord, the Mighty and Majestic, and praising Him, then praying for the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), then supplicating after whatever he wants). between heaven and earth, nothing ascends from it until you pray for your Prophet, peace be upon him).

However, we affirm that sending blessings upon the Prophet (peace be upon him) is one of the signs of his love (peace be upon him), reverence and glorification, for the lover is always remembering his beloved.

Where the Truth, Glory be to Him, says: {The Prophet is more worthy of the believers than their own selves}, and the Almighty says:

{So those who believe in him, honor him, help him, and follow the light that was sent down with him, they are the successful.” And our Prophet (peace be upon him) says:

(None of you truly believes until I am dearer to him than his father, his son, and all people).

O Allah, bless and grant peace and blessings upon our master Muhammad and his family and companions.

And protect our country Egypt, and the rest of the countries of the worlds
