The head of New Damietta City inspects the sites of the “Paradise” and “Sakan Misr” projects

Engineer Mohamed Khalafallah, Head of the New Damietta City Development Agency, accompanied by officials of the agency, made an inspection tour of the housing projects being implemented in the city, which included passing through the “Paradise” project, the first phase, with a total of 44 buildings in the neighborhood 33 in the sixth district, where the site coordination and works were completed. Agriculture, directing the construction of a pedestrian gate leading to the service center to serve the residents of the project.

The head of the New Damietta City Development Authority also inspected the site of the “Jannah” buildings, the second phase, with a total of 59 buildings, where the percentage of building implementation reached 89%, and the works of coordinating the general site, the fence, gates, roads, and the electricity network are being implemented, with an implementation rate of 60% of the total works, at a cost of 49%. one million pound.

Engineer Muhammad Khalaf Allah and his companions moved to inspect the site of 28 buildings in the “Jannah” project within the second phase, in neighborhood 34, in the sixth district, with an implementation rate of 98% of the buildings, as well as the coordination of the general site, the fence, gates, roads, and the electricity network, with an implementation rate of 37%, at a value of 48 million pounds.

The head and officials of the New Damietta Authority visited Misr housing buildings in the south of the first and fourth neighborhoods, with a total of 45 buildings with a total of 1068 housing units, to follow up on the implementation position of the project.

In a related context, Eng. Muhammad Khalafallah visited the work of raising the efficiency of walkways, sidewalks and roads in the industrial area and its extension, as the implementation rate of the works reached (95%), as well as the work of the landline telephone network to support the area, directing the speedy replacement of damaged curbs and raising the efficiency of axes and intersections. In conjunction with clearing the surrounding area of ​​waste, raising the efficiency of agriculture, and paying attention to the level of cleanliness in the industrial area, to drive investment and provide opportunities for investors, by exploiting vacant spaces.

Eng. Mohamed Khalafallah followed the workflow of the drinking water purification plant with a capacity of 172 thousand m3/day feeding the city, the port of Damietta and the General Investment Free Zone, where he listened to an explanation from the station manager about its components, as well as about the ongoing efficiency raising work for the first phase.

During his inspection of the projects, the head of the New Damietta City Authority confirmed the speedy completion of the ongoing work in the projects and presented him with any obstacles, if any, and adherence to the time programs for implementation.
