Concrete Plus Engineering and Construction contracted with Emaar Misr to implement a contracting contract worth EGP 600 million for the Bell V project in New Zayed City.

The new contract aims to implement a number of various residential units “villas” within the project, after competing with other companies.

Belle V is located on an area of ​​500 acres in the new Sheikh Zayed City, and the value of investments in the project amounts to 38 billion pounds.

Concrete Plus contracted with four real estate development companies to carry out works worth 5 billion pounds during the last four months, distributed between one billion pounds for the benefit of the Talaat Moustafa Holding Group to carry out works within the Noor project, in addition to contracting with Hyde Park Real Estate Company to carry out works worth 700 million pounds, and contracting With one of the Sewedy Group companies to implement a university building in the 10th of Ramadan City at a value of 500 million pounds, in addition to a contracting contract worth 2.5 billion pounds with Al-Tameer Real Estate Company to implement administrative buildings.

Concrete Plus is competing in alliance with the Qatari Al Mana Company to win the tender put forward by Bawabat Al Sharq Company to implement residential units within the City Gate project in New Cairo.

Concrete Plus aims to conclude contracts during the current year worth about 10 billion pounds inside the Egyptian market, in addition to expected contracts in foreign markets, according to previous statements by Eng. Tarek Youssef, the company’s CEO.

The company’s new contracts include the establishment of a headquarters for the Misr Clearing Company in the New Administrative Capital, with investments of approximately 300 million pounds, in addition to the Egyptian Post building in the Administrative Capital, infrastructure projects with investments of 770 million pounds within the Suez Canal Economic Zone, and infrastructure projects in the Toshka project and Farkos Hospital in Damietta Governorate, with investments. Approximately one billion pounds, and the main control building of the Mostakbal City project.

Concrete Plus owns contracts worth EGP 30bn between the private sector and government agencies.

The company aims to implement business during the current year worth EGP 9 billion, of which 35% is for the private sector, compared to EGP 6 billion in 2022.
