A fire broke out at dawn today, Friday, in the Dhahran Mall complex, while the civil defense teams started the site quickly and are currently working to put out the fire.
Pictures and videos circulating showed thick smoke rising from the mall building, while civil defense teams and mechanisms were working to put out the fire.
Civil Defense air planes intervened in extinguishing the fire, as circulating videos showed that a vertical firefighting plane helped ground firefighting teams put out the fire that had been burning since dawn in the commercial complex.
The Civil Defense Directorate stated that the fire broke out in the ceiling insulators in the complex, and the extinguishing operations are still continuing, with no injuries recorded so far.
