By interrogating them, they confessed what was attributed to them for throwing the body, and that they were in a friendly relationship with the deceased, and on 04/18/2022 noon, the latter came to their home to visit them, and during the visit he felt ill, and his health condition soon deteriorated, and he died. They refused to take him to the nearest hospital, because they were residing illegally on Lebanese territory. And that they left the body lying on the ground until one in the morning, in order not to attract attention, and then they borrowed a motorcycle from one of their friends and took the body to the locality of Burj Hammoud, where they worked to throw it on the sea road, for fear of being accused of killing him.
The legal requirement was carried out against them, and the relevant reference was deposited, based on the reference of the competent judiciary.
