Today, Wednesday, the Public Prosecution in Alexandria decided to detain Ibrahim Malik, known as “Ibrahim Makassi”, for 4 days pending investigations. He was accused of providing inappropriate and offensive content to farmers and Egyptian women, on the Tik Tok application.

The prosecution’s decision came in the wake of the arrest of the accused by the security services, after a report was issued against him for providing purposeless content, and for insulting Egyptian farmers and women during one of the videos that he was broadcasting on his personal page.

The communication, which carried No. 191575 for the year 2022, stated that it aims to protect the Egyptian society and families from the useless and bad content presented by the accused, and his hometown is the village of Al-Tiriya, affiliated to the Kom Hamada Center, Beheira Governorate.

The accused’s mobile phone was seized for technical examination and a statement of its content by the competent authorities. Investigations continued, and an administrative report was issued on the incident, and it is being presented to the Public Prosecution; Where to conduct the investigation.
