The Referees Committee of the Football Association assigned the Zamalek and Ismaili match to international referee Mohamed Adel, assisted by Hani Khairy, Omar Fathi, Mohamed Al-Ghazi, Mustafa Medhat, video referee, and Mohamed Azazi, assistant video referee.
