The journalist Khaled Al-Ghandour revealed that Zamalek entered into negotiations with a player of Cameroonian nationality who is in the Portuguese Maritimo team, and is able to play in more than one position.
Searching in the list of the Portuguese team Maritimo, he found the only player in the list, Joel Tagoyo, who also holds Cameroonian and Brazilian citizenship, and is 28 years old.
Tagoyo is good at playing in the outright striker position, as well as in the playmaker position and on the edges. He is distinguished by relying on the left foot, and his length is 1.78 centimeters.
Al-Ghandour had confirmed that the Zamalek club was in the process of contracting a surprise player and a high-caliber deal. Khaled Al-Ghandour said in his program “The Sweet Game” on Radio On Sport FM, “A surprising player may join Zamalek in the coming days, and it will be a deal of great caliber.”
Bundaq added, “Zamalek wants to include a Cameroonian player who plays in the Portuguese Maritimo and is able to play in more than one position.”
And Al-Ghandour continued, “Zamalek is close to contracting with Marwan Attia, the Alexandrian player of Al-Ittihad, with Shabana and Abdel Salam remaining with Al-Ittihad.”
