11 days after the big uproar at the end of the season game in which Hapoel Beer Sheva beat Maccabi Haifa 1:2, today (Friday) the court of the Football Association announced the punishments for those involved. Among other things: both teams were actually deducted three points from their season balance, players were suspended and fined. Here is the breakdown:

Reduction of three points in practice, for rioting, melee and assault under aggravated circumstances
A fine of NIS 50,000 for lighting flares
Bassam Zarora – suspension for 15 games
Mavis Chibuta – suspension for 2 games, fine 5,000 NIS
Abdulai Sek – suspension for 2 games, fine 5,000 NIS
Ali Muhammad – suspension for one game, fine NIS 2,000
Mahmoud Jaber – suspension from one game on condition, fine 2,500 NIS
Franzi Piero – suspension for one game on a conditional basis
