The Referees Department of the Saudi Football Association confirmed, on its official YouTube channel, that the penalty kick obtained by Abdul Razzaq Hamdallah, the Al-Ittihad player, during his team’s match against Al-Shabab in round 24 of the Roshen Saudi Professional League, is an incorrect decision.
