
Today, tribal mediation succeeded in ending a murder case between the Al-Awzari family from the Bani Al-Harith tribes in Amanat Al-Asimah and the Al-Qatta’ family from the Bani Hashish tribes in Sana’a governorate.
During the reconciliation, which was supervised by a member of the Supreme Political Council – head of the justice system, Muhammad Ali al-Houthi, and the governor of Sana’a, Abd al-Basit al-Hadi, and led by Sheikhs Abdullah al-Abyad, Yahya al-Hanami, Walid al-Arkadah, Fayez Ali al-Hanami, Fadl al-Hijazi, Bilal al-Hijazi, Saleh al-Dhubiani, and Ali Muhammad al-Hanami, the blood guardians of the victim were announced, Ali Qata’a Muhammad al-Qata’a, from the Bani Hashish tribe, pardoned the perpetrators from the Al-Awzari family of the Bani Al-Harith tribe, for God’s sake, and in honor of those present.
In the reconciliation, which was attended by the Deputy Speaker of the Shura Council – Chairman of the Tribal Cohesion Council, Sheikh Dhaifallah Rassam, the Mayor of the capital, Hammoud Abbad, valued the position of the Al-Qatta’ family and the Bani Hashish tribe in a comprehensive amnesty for the offenders from Bani Al-Harith, in response to the call of the leader of the revolution, Mr. Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi, to reconcile the dispute and resolve Conflicts and disagreements, and the embodiment of the principle of tolerance and brotherhood among Yemenis.
He pointed out that the amnesty from the Al-Qatta’a family and the Bani Hashish tribe embodies the generosity and morals of the Yemeni tribe and its noble values, which have proven their originality, cohesion, standing firm and strong, and unifying their ranks in the face of aggression and its mercenaries.
Abbad considered the positions of the Yemeni tribe, embodied today by the proud Bani Hashish tribe, as a message to the enemies that the Yemeni people will remain united in defending the homeland, its sovereignty and independence.
During the reconciliation, which was attended by members of the Shura Council, Fadl Manea and Yahya Gobar, the first deputy of the Capital Municipality, Khaled Al-Madani, praised the positions of the Al-Qatta’ family and the tribes of the Bani Hashish district and their pardon of the Al-Awzari family, which proves their keenness to unite the word and close ranks in the face of the forces of aggression and cut off the road for those who ambush Yemen and its security. and stability.
He pointed out that these positions come from the directives of the leader of the revolution, Mr. Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and his keenness to unite the Yemeni people and unify their ranks.
For their part, the sheikhs attending Al-Sulh praised the position of the avengers of blood on the Al-Qat’a family in relinquishing the case and closing its file. They pointed out that the position of the avengers of blood in pardoning the perpetrators embodies the values and customs of the authentic Yemeni tribe.
They urged all tribes to follow the example of the Bani Hashish and Bani al-Harith tribes, to promote reconciliation efforts, to end inter-disputed disputes, to resolve conflicts, and to give priority to the interest of the nation over everything else.
While the guardians of blood confirmed that the amnesty comes in response to the call of the leader of the revolution, Mr. Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, to reconcile relations and address societal issues in satisfactory ways.
The Bani Al-Harith tribes expressed their gratitude for the position of the blood guardians from the Al-Qatta family and the entire Bani Hashish tribe in relinquishing the case and forgiving the perpetrators, for the sake of God.
