Dubai – Mubasher: Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department today, Thursday, amounted to more than 1.7 billion dirhams.
The department witnessed the registration of 451 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 1.48 billion dirhams, including 24 pledges of allegiance to lands, at a value of 146.44 million dirhams, and 427 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, at a value of 1.33 billion dirhams, according to the Emirates News Agency, WAM.
The most important land sales came with a value of 31 million dirhams in the fourth district of Al Habiya, followed by a pledge of 20 million dirhams in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area, followed by a pledge of 16 million dirhams in the Al Barsha area, south of the fourth.
Seih Shuaib 1 district topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, as it recorded 5 sales at a value of 8 million dirhams, followed by Hind City 4, with 4 sales at a value of 6 million dirhams, and a third in Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens, with two sales at a value of 33 million dirhams.
With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, the sale amounted to 74 million dirhams in the World Islands region, as the most important sale, followed by the sale of 71 million dirhams in the World Islands region, and finally the sale of 68 million dirhams in the World Islands region.
Dubai Marina topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, as it recorded 87 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 422 million dirhams, followed by the Al Barsha area south of the fourth, with 62 pledges of 48 million dirhams, and a third in Burj Khalifa, with 24 pledges of 68 million dirhams.
The mortgages recorded a value of 245.8 million dirhams, including 12 mortgages for land at a value of 61.17 million dirhams and 98 mortgages for villas and apartments at a value of 184.63 million dirhams.
As for donations, 13 donations were recorded, with a value of 46.2 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the first Umm Suqeim region, with a value of 22 million dirhams, and another in the Mirdif region, with a value of 6 million dirhams.
