Urgent statement from the United Nations regarding Ukraine’s statements about killing Russians

The Deputy Spokesperson for the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Farhan Haq, said today, Thursday, that United nations Urges to avoid statements that are not conducive to resolving the conflict.

Haq’s statements came in response to the threats directed at the Russians by Mikhail Podolyak, advisor to the Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelensky.

Haq said, “The United Nations urges avoiding statements that do not help resolve the conflict, not only in this situation, but in all situations related to conflicts. There are statements from various parties … we do not respond to them. We call on all parties in all situations to avoid statements that don’t help.”

Earlier in the day, Mikhail Podolyak, senior adviser to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, said that his country hates Russian citizens and will persecute them always and everywhere.

The remarks came after Moscow complained to the United Nations about an admission by the head of military intelligence in Kiev that his service carries out targeted assassinations against Russian citizens.

Podolyak wrote, in a tweet on “Twitter”, “Yes, Ukraine hates you .. Yes, we will persecute you always and everywhere.”

Podolyak also accused Russia of “complaining” at the United Nations and describing it as a “case of butchers”.

“Yes, Ukraine will get access to each and every one of you, whether legal or physical,” he added. And stop exploiting the United Nations.. These undeniable war criminals have no international law.”
