Informed sources revealed, during the past hours, that there is a new offering for housing units within the project “Dar Misr, Sakan Misr, and Paradise 2023” in a number of new cities.

The sources explained to Al-Aqaria that the offering includes a variety of spaces for fully finished residential units, so that the most prominent new cities in the new offering are the cities of Sheikh Zayed, New Cairo, the Sixth of October, Damietta, New Minya and New Mansoura, and it is scheduled that the reservation provider for these units will be about 100 Thousand pounds.

Earlier, Dr. Asim Al-Jazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, announced that the New Urban Communities Authority is preparing to offer a number of housing units within the “Jannah” housing project in the cities of Sheikh Zayed and 6th of October, as a complementary offering to the units previously put forward in the two cities, as part of a huge offering of units. The residential project includes more than 20,000 housing units of various types in the new cities.

The Minister of Housing indicated that the ministry, represented by the New Urban Communities Authority, had previously offered 22,332 housing units in various projects (Jannah – Dar Misr – Misr Housing – Distinguished Housing – Kattameya Gardens) in the new cities, to meet the needs of all segments of society.
The housing project “Paradise” in Sheikh Zayed and October 6 included 10,872 housing units in the “Paradise” project, with areas ranging from 100 to 161 square meters, in 6 new cities (6 October – Sheikh Zayed – New Damietta – New Cairo – New Mallawi – New Mansoura).

The Assistant Minister for New Urban Communities Authority Affairs indicated that the initial offering, dated 1-15-2023, included 1,266 housing units in the Jannah project in 6th of October City, and 1,000 housing units in the Jannah project in Sheikh Zayed City, and the allocation is made on the first-come-first-served basis (online) through Housing and Development Bank website (www.hdb-reservation.com).
