Engineer Mohamed Fouad Al-Rashidi, First Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in Sharkia, said that the Directorate of Education in Sharkia has finished its preparations for the launch of the preparatory certificate exams at the level of 20 educational departments on Saturday, May 20, and will continue until the end of the week on Thursday, the 25th of this month, explaining that the total number of applicants The exam for the second semester of the preparatory certificate reached 138,000 students, distributed among 761 committees at the level of 20 educational departments in the governorate.
He pointed out that all educational departments have finished purifying all exam committees and applying all precautionary measures to prevent the Corona virus in schools, in order to ensure the health and safety of students and teachers during exams, and to maintain general hygiene and all requirements to provide an appropriate climate for the proper exit of the exam process that allows students to perform exams. Conveniently.
He stressed that he had reassured all the committees and that they were fully prepared to receive the students, as committees were formed to pass the school committees under the supervision of the directors general of the educational departments to ensure the implementation of the preventive measures set by the Ministry of Health.
He added that the Directorate of Education in Sharqia coordinated with the Sharqia Security Directorate to secure the arrival of examination question papers to the committees, as well as the arrival of the answer papers to the system committee, in addition to securing examination committees at the governorate level.
Engineer Muhammad Fouad Al-Rashidi emphasized the continuation of continuous follow-up by the directors of educational departments with the main operations room of the directorate for examinations, with sending a daily report on the progress of examinations in each educational department. Coordination was made with the Health Directorate, to ensure the presence of a doctor or a health visitor in each committee and to provide the necessary first aid to face emergencies.
