He added that the previous laws were compatible with a certain time period, and therefore it is possible to change it so that it is appropriate for us to live in, as there is no stagnation in this matter.

And he added that the guardian of the money is not a settled matter, and there is no sacred text regarding this matter, so these matters are subject to renewal.

Sheikh Jaber Taya concluded that the woman is a commandment and there is no argument in that, supporting his hadith by emphasizing the support of a number of religious schools of thought for this matter.

Today, Thursday, the first sessions of the societal axis of the national dialogue were launched, in which the Culture and National Identity Committee was held, with the wide participation of representatives of political parties and forces, in light of the topics on the dialogue discussion table that directly concern the citizen.

This comes at a time when the work of the Family and Community Cohesion Committee was launched to discuss issues of guardianship over money, while the National Dialogue Department confirmed that at the table of the nation, the work of the community axis begins with the national dialogue today, so that the Family and Community Cohesion Committee discusses important issues, perhaps the most prominent of which is “guardianship issues.” On money and what is related to it.” In parallel with it, the Committee for Culture and National Identity issues the issue of “national identity.”

The discussions of issues related to the Egyptian family come in light of the celebration of the International Day of the Family, which gives today’s sessions special importance, as the dialogue management called on everyone to follow the sessions, stressing that these discussions are a step to building a better future for the Egyptian family in particular, and society in general, while welcoming all proposals and opinions that It adds richness to the ideas presented.
