Public Prosecution investigations revealed that those accused of forming a gang whose activity was specialized in stealing car tires using the dismantling method confessed to committing two thefts using the same method.

The Public Prosecution decided to detain the accused for 4 days pending investigations, and demanded that the investigators quickly conduct investigations about the suspect, to find out their activities to complete the investigations, and charged them with theft.

Within the framework of the efforts of the Ministry of the Interior to uncover the circumstances of what was reported to the Nasr City Police Station in the Cairo Security Directorate by (a citizen – a resident of the department), that he had discovered the theft of his car’s tires when it was parked in front of his place of residence, and by conducting investigations and collecting information and through technical dealings, it was possible to identify the car used in the commission of the crime. The incident and the identification of its perpetrators (3 persons – “with criminal information” – all residing in Dakahlia Governorate).

And after the legalization of the procedures, they were targeted, and they were arrested when they got into the car referred to as “one of them driving” in the department’s department. They were in possession of (2 wrench – 4 tire wrench – stones). .

Confronting them, they admitted that they committed the incident using the “disengagement” method using the tools seized in their possession, and that they formed a gang whose criminal activity specialized in stealing car tires in the same way, and they were instructed to seize the stolen goods that were seized by their “good faith” client (owner of a tire shop located in the Sherbin Center district in Dakahlia). Take legal action.
