The handball team of Zamalek Club will face at exactly seven o’clock this evening, its counterpart, the Congolese youth of Kinshasa, in the framework of its third confrontation in the African Cup Winners’ Cup organized by Al-Ahly Club in the Al-Jazira branch.
The handball team of Zamalek Club succeeded in defeating its Ivorian counterpart, Red Star, with a score of 42/22, in the second framework of its confrontations, the day before yesterday, Thursday.
Zamalek also succeeded in achieving victory in its first meeting, in the competition, on Wednesday, against the Cameroonian Vans, with a score of 42/20.
Group A includes Egypt’s Zamalek, Cote d’Ivoire champion Red Star, Cameroonian Vans, Morocco’s Wadad Samara, Congolese JSK.
While the second group includes: Al-Ahly of Egypt, Sporting Al-Masry, Moroccan Raja, and Kirkos of Ethiopia.
As for the women’s competition,
Al-Ahly is in the second group, next to August 1 (Angola) – Habitat (Côte d’Ivoire) – Otoho (Republic of the Congo) – Nouaceur (Morocco).

Petro Atlético (Angola) – DGSP (Republic of the Congo) – Moknen (Tunisia) – Sporting (Egypt) – Vans (Cameroon).
The second group (women):
