The branch of the National Council for Women in North Sinai Governorate, in cooperation with the “Decent Life” Foundation, within the framework of the National Project for the Development of the Egyptian Family, organized “Egyptian Family Evenings” in the Karama neighborhood, east of the city of Arish.
The National Branch for Women in North Sinai announced that this event is part of the activities in the villages included in the governorates of the presidential initiative “A Decent Life”, and aims to complete the work process with awareness campaigns to spread the messages of the national project for the development of the Egyptian family.
The event targeted 170 children, 300 women and 34 men, and the evenings included several activities, including cultural art shows that deal with the basic messages of the project in a simplified manner, through the puppets and moving puppets “A Faction and Rashida”, with the aim of forming a direct interactive dialogue with the audience. The event also included religious chants and patriotic songs. Competitions were held and in-kind gifts were distributed to children and women.
This event comes within the efforts of the National Council for Women to educate communities about the importance of developing the Egyptian family, and achieving sustainable development in Egyptian societies, by promoting family values and engaging individuals in dialogue and exchanging knowledge and skills.
This event reflects the National Council for Women’s commitment to achieving sustainable development in Egypt and achieving the goals of the national project for the development of the Egyptian family in the cultural, social and economic context.
