Abdel Dayem explained, in exclusive statements to “Youm7”, that the company succeeded through the Department of Financial and Commercial Affairs headed by accountant Hani El-Gendy in enabling the collection of 5 million subscribers, at a rate of 100% of the total number of subscribers.
Abdel Dayem added that the idea of the project is based on improving the quality of services provided to customers and reducing operating costs by relying on portable handheld units in the process of collecting electricity bills through multiple payment methods according to the customers’ desires and needs, which is represented in the possibility of cash collection or through visa or through Checks in addition to the possibility of collection through payment orders.
And Abdel Dayem believes that the governance of the collection system also aims to follow up the company’s accounts first-hand and enter its financial dues into its account as soon as they are collected from the customer and not wait for the collector to supply these financial amounts, pointing out that next month the experiment will be generalized in one of the other departments of the company in preparation for the generalization completely in a short period of time.
