“He intervened to reconcile, and I killed him.” With these words, the accused confessed to shooting his neighbor in Qena and getting rid of him. It turned out that the killer was wanted in a murder case in which he was sentenced to death.
The apparatus of the Ministry of the Interior revealed the circumstances of what was reported to the Qena Police Station in the Qena Security Directorate from a hospital that it had received a body (a person, a resident of the center’s district) with gunshots, so a research team was formed with the participation of the Public Security Sector and the Qena Security Directorate. Its efforts resulted in the fact that behind the commission of the incident (one People, sentenced to death in the case of “intentional homicide” – a resident of the center district) fired shots at the victim from a weapon he had in his possession when the victim was in front of his house, which led to his injury that claimed his life, due to the intervention of the victim to resolve a dispute between the accused and his brother The accused’s belief that the victim is not impartial.
After legalizing the procedures, he was targeted and was arrested while he was in the farms behind his house, and he was in possession of the used weapon (automatic rifle – 2 safes – a number of bullets of the same caliber). When confronted, he confessed to committing the incident for the same reason.
