Dr. Ayman Othman stressed the importance of participating in the workshop, which revolves around the concepts of gender, and working to integrate them into academic work to consolidate the concepts of gender and historical development throughout the ages, and work to reject distinction between the spectrum and groups of the academic community.

Dr. Hamdi Hussein, President of Luxor University, said that the participation of Luxor University in this workshop comes to introduce students to the most prominent and latest initiatives that concern gender, and the workshop aims to learn the importance of the skill of making podcasts and benefit from it in academic work through active participation in workshops.
In the same context, Dr. Mohamed Abdel Aziz Mohalel, Vice President of Aswan University for Postgraduate Studies and Research Affairs, explained that a distinguished group of academics from Aswan and Luxor Universities will participate in the workshop, in the presence of the President of Aswan University, the President of Luxor University, Dr. Mohamed Abdel Aziz Mohalel, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, and Dr. Hamada Ragab, Coordinator of Aswan University. The work team also included a number of faculty members and supporting staff from the Faculties of Social Work, the Faculty of Archeology from Aswan University, and Luxor University.

Dr. Ayman Essam, Assistant Lecturer at the Faculty of Social Work, Aswan University, stated that the workshop dealt with the discussion of gender, in that it must be synonymous with the term equal opportunity and social justice, and the meaning of equal opportunity and social justice is that equality prevails between men and women in all aspects. , whether political, cultural, social or economic, in order to reduce the phenomenon of discrimination based on gender.
