Today, Saturday, the investigation authorities in Ismailia ordered an unemployed person to be imprisoned for 4 days pending investigations, accusing him of trafficking in hashish on a large scale, after he was caught in possession of 5 kilograms of hashish in the Ismailia First Division.
The investigation authorities in the Ismailia First Prosecution Office discussed the accused with regard to what was seized in his possession of narcotic substances, and the investigations of the Criminal Investigation Officers on his activity in the First Division and his distribution of drugs to small dealers.
The security services of the Ismailia Security Directorate, in conjunction with the Ismailia Police Department’s investigation officers, had monitored the activity of the accused, who “has criminal information and resides in the Fayed Police Station, during his frequent visits to the department and the sale of narcotics during the last period.”
Investigation officers of the Ismailia First Division were able to seize the accused when he was riding in a “four-wheeler” car in the department’s department, and seized a quantity of hashish, weighing 5 kilograms.
The accused admitted to possessing narcotic substances for the purpose of trafficking, while the financial value of the seized narcotic substances was estimated at approximately 250,000 pounds.
