370 students participate in the sixth scientific exhibition of innovations

Amidst a competitive atmosphere, the sixth science exhibition for innovations and research, which was held by the Qatar Scientific Club, concluded for two consecutive days, in the presence of representatives from the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, the Ministry of Sports and Youth, some school principals, in addition to the students participating in the exhibition and their supervisors.
On its first day, the exhibition included scientific research for the “Researcher” competition in its sixth edition, while the second day included projects and innovations for the “Innovation” competition, with the participation of 370 male and female students and 162 innovations and scientific research from 105 schools.
In a tour of the sixth science exhibition, there are prototypes of scientific innovations that were implemented by students with high professionalism, based on technological equipment and advanced infrastructure that serve the owners of projects and innovations in the Qatar Science Club.
The “Innovation” competition included a competition between 43 innovations from 31 schools in the secondary, preparatory and primary stages.
In the secondary stage, the first centers were as follows: the first place went to Al-Ghuwairiya Secondary School for Girls for creating a biodegradable material made of date stones, for the two students Moza Majed Al-Nuaimi and Iman Waheed Al-Basiouni, and the second place was taken by Zubaida Secondary School for Girls for creating a smart glasses design to reduce pollution. Dry eye damage, for students Nour Faisal Al-Badr, Fajr Abdulaziz Abdullah and Alaa Raslan. As for the innovations that won the first three places in the preparatory stage, they were as follows: The first place went to Harvard American School for the H-Rover research by the two students Khaled Firas Al-Suwaidan and Saud Abdel Aziz, while the second place went to Hamzah Bin Abdul Muttalib School for a technology research Wireless communication to limit the speed of cars for students Hussam Ahmed Shayboun and Fazaa Saeed Al-Qahtani. The third place went to Hind Bint Amr Al-Ansariyyah School, for the innovation of designing an alarm device for lack of ventilation, for two students, Judy Hassan Abdel-Gawad and Munira Ahmed Al-Sahli.
As for the primary stage, the first place was won by Moza Bint Mohammed Elementary School for Girls for the innovation of designing smart food tools for the two students, Laura Khaled Al-Tamimi and Lana Barhoum, while the second place went to Harvard American School for the research of the evaluator device for students Rashid Al-Marri and Winal Sweidan, while the third place It was the share of Al-Israa Elementary School for researching a device that alerts the driver when sleeping for the two students, Sheikha Abdel Aziz and Jumana Ahmed Ismail.
As for the scientific researcher competition, the first three places for each stage were as follows. In the secondary stage, the first place went to Rawdat Bint Jassim Secondary School for Girls for researching the innovation of a nano-smart bandage from plant materials from the Qatari environment to treat wounds for female students Al-Mayassa Abdul Hakim Al-Aji and Al-Hasnaa Abdullah Al-Marri and Khadija Fayez Ali. As for the second place, it went to Al-Iman Secondary School for Girls for the research of a remote weather monitoring device for the two students, Al-Reem Rashid Al-Rahimi and Al-Jazi Ali Dharman, while the Qatar School of Science and Technology won the third place for the research of the smart robotic farm for the students Badr Abdul Rahman Saleh Ahmed Time and Saeed Farhoud Hadi Al-Hajri.
As for the results of the preparatory stage, they were as follows: The first place was won by Khalid Bin Ahmed Preparatory School for Boys for the research on the effectiveness of recycled glass for the two students, Ahmed Saeed Ahmed Suhail and Muhammad Osama Al-Khatib. The two methods of cutting and air-laying in the State of Qatar were conducted by the two students, Jawaher Al-Marri and Salma Salama. In the primary stage, the first place went to Maymouna Elementary School for Girls for researching the design of a school building by applying the ideas of ecological design for the two students, Menna Thabet and Haya Ahmed, while the second place went to Abdullah bin Turki Al-Subaie School for researching the application of a call for students Abdullah Rashid Al-Buainain and Mahmoud Abdul-Malik, and he went The third place went to Al-Huda Elementary School for Girls for researching an algorithm to design the smart school application for the two students, Halima Muhammad and Nayla Al-Qahtani.
