Dar Al-Iftaa responded to the question of the virtue of Friday’s desirable deeds on its website, as the Dar said that Friday is one of the characteristics of the Muhammadan nation. It was stated in the honorable hadith: “God led astray from Friday those who were before us; So the Jews had Saturday, and the Christians had Sunday, so God brought us and God guided us to Friday. Saturday and Sunday, and likewise they will follow us on the Day of Resurrection, we are the last of the people of this world, and the first on the Day of Resurrection. It is decided for them before creation.” Agreed upon, and the wording for a Muslim.
Friday preferred
Likewise, Friday is a day of feasting for the Muslims, as stated on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family, in “Musnad Ahmad.” It is the best day of the week. He and his family said: “The five prayers, and Friday to Friday prayers, are an expiation for what is between them, as long as the major sins are not committed.” On the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family, said: “Kha He sees a day on which the sun rose on Friday, in which Adam was created, and in it he was admitted to Paradise, and in it he was expelled from it, and the Hour will not begin except on Friday.” Narrated by Muslim.
Whoever dies on Friday or its night, God will protect him from the trial of the grave. For the sake of these virtues, Friday has been singled out for several functions that it is desirable for a Muslim not to neglect, including washing on that day, wearing the best clothes, the white ones being the best, perfume, early Friday prayers, a lot of prayers upon the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family, reading Surat Al-Kahf, and among others. The functions also call the answer hour; It has been mentioned in several hadiths that on Friday there is an hour when supplication is not answered, and from the foregoing the answer to the question is known.
