Today, Major General Ibrahim Abu Lemon, Governor of Menoufia, inspected a number of preparatory certificate examination committees, the May 2023 session, which started today and will continue until Thursday, May 24, in order to check on the regularity of the exams and to stand on the extent of discipline, order, and the general condition of the committees inside the schools. This came in the presence of the Undersecretary of the Ministry. Education, the director of the Shebin El-Kom educational administration, and the heads of the eastern and western neighborhoods.
The governor of Menoufia followed the examination committees at the Old Preparatory School for Boys in Shebin El-Kom, which includes 24 committees, and the Abdulaziz Pasha Fahmy School, with 16 committees, with an attendance rate of 100%, where students take the Arabic language exam in the various educational departments in the governorate, and reassured the governor of the regularity of the examinations and the start of the committees on their scheduled dates. Directing the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education to form a committee to correct a random sample of the answer paper to find out the level of the exam to reassure students and their parents.
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education stated that the Directorate has completed all preparations to receive the preparatory certificate exams, as 399 committees have been prepared to receive 82,557 male and female students at the level of the educational departments in the governorate, stressing that there are daily follow-ups for the conduct of the exams through field traffic on all committees as well as the operating room. The central authority in the directorate related to schools to deal immediately with any obstacles and overcome obstacles in a way that does not disturb the exams.
The Governor of Menoufia stressed the necessity of joining efforts, working in a team spirit, providing the appropriate atmosphere and calmness for students, and overcoming obstacles to ensure proper completion of exams, in a way that achieves an appropriate climate to facilitate our students and maintain the stability of the educational process.
